These terms cover your use of this website, run by Mera Kitchen & Bar (Mera Restaurant). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to use this site to plan a visit, read our menu, reserve, order and get in touch. Please use it lawfully, send us only true information, and don't try to disrupt the site, get into areas you're not allowed to, or send spam or harmful code through the forms.

Menus, prices, hours and events

We keep the site up to date, but menus, prices, hours, DJ lineups and events can change without notice, and mistakes can happen. What we confirm with you directly, or what applies in the restaurant on the day, is what counts. If something matters for your plans, call us at (718) 722-0222 to confirm.

Reservations and online orders

Reservations are made through OpenTable, and online orders through Uber Eats. Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. Our dining policies, such as how long we hold a table, are on our Visit page.

Private event inquiries

Sending an inquiry is a request for information, not a booking. Your date, space and details are only reserved once Mera confirms the booking with you directly, on the terms we agree at that time.

Job applications

Applying through our Careers page doesn't create a job offer or any employment relationship. We'll contact you if we'd like to talk further.

What you send us

When you send us an inquiry, application or other message, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. We'll use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send anything confidential or sensitive, such as payment card numbers.

Email and text updates

If you sign up, we'll send the occasional updates you chose. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.

If you check the text option, you agree to receive occasional automated marketing and informational texts from Mera Restaurant at the mobile number you give us.

Your mobile number and text consent are handled as our Privacy Policy describes, and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Our photos, logo and content

The photos, video, logo, menus, text and design on this site belong to Mera or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy, change or use our content or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to services run by other companies, including OpenTable, Uber Eats, Vimeo, Google Maps, Google reviews, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, and we make no warranties about the site to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mera Kitchen & Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or of sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
